浜響のみなさんへの手紙
これからの浜響の姿を考えるにあたって，僕の中で
ヒントになっているものがあります。
それは，楽器博物館で行われている，企画展「打楽器は
おもしろい」でのできごと。
この企画展は体験型のもので，誰でも打楽器に触れる
ことができるようになっています。
その部屋の真ん中にアフリカの太鼓「ジェンベ」が
5台ほど輪になって置いてあり，みんなも輪になって
太鼓をたたきます。仲間同士のこともあれば，みんな
初対面ということもあります。
ほとんどの人が初めての体験で，上手にたたける訳では
ありません。「みんなで一つになること」を目指して，
みんなの音をよく聴くことだけを約束してもらいます。
平均してみんなの演奏は5分ほど。
最初は恐る恐る，ゆっくりと徐々に演奏が盛り上がって
いきます。その間にみんなの心に一体感が宿ってきて，
その気持ちが強くなるほど，演奏も一つになっていきます。
その演奏につられて，周りにギャラリーが集まりだすこと
があります。一つになった演奏の後には，必ず大きな
拍手が．．．演奏がうまいわけではありません。
それとは違う何かが伝わっているようです。
？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？
これからの浜響は．．．
・どういう練習がいいか
・どういう演奏会がいいか
・どういう集団であれば，ずっと居たいと思うか
！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！
みなさんの井戸端会議でもこのあたりがお話の中心に
なったことだと思います。僕もこれを頭に入れながら
話を進めました。
少し強引ですが，太鼓の話をそのまま浜響に当てはめて
みることにします。
まず「どういう練習がいいか」。
太鼓では，仲間である無しに関わらず，とにかく周りを
よく見て，聴いて「一つになること」をルールとしました。
オーケストラでもコンマスをみる，トップをみる，周りを
聴く，(逆にコンマスにみてもらう，トップにみてもらう，
周りに聴いてもらう）などがありますよね。
それによって「一つになること」が感じられるはずですが，
どうも自分も含め複数の人がどうもそこまでいっていない
と思っているのではないでしょうか。
太鼓の場合は，それを感じることがあるのになぜでしょうか。
ということは，やっぱりこれらのことが行われていない，
そして行われていないことの理由として，根本的に「一つに
なること」を目指していないんじゃないか，と思うわけです。
「一つになる」ために，周りをよく聴く，よくみる，
決して自分と譜面と指揮者との直線関係だけにならない。
単純ですが（そのわりに話が長くてごめんなさい），この
基本姿勢を正直に守ることが大事なのだと思います。
それによって，徐々に一体感が宿る，一体感が宿った演奏は
練習，本番によらず常に気持ちのいいものに違いありません。
毎週水曜日には，そんな充実した時間が持てる，と思いながら
生活できるのは，なかなかのもんじゃないかと思うんですが。
演奏会はどうか。
これも太鼓の場合に当てはめてみると結構単純です。
「一つになった」演奏は，例え初心者(太鼓の場合ですが）の
演奏であれ，周りを感動させることができる，ということです。
「一つになる」練習を繰り返すことで，我々自身も気持ちの
いい時間を繰り返すことができるし，その積み重ねが本番の
演奏会で周りに影響を与えることができる，という図式です。
集団のかたちは？
みんなとお話していて，「一つになる」ための集団のかたちは
どうあったらいいか，一番いろんな話が出るところです。
・音楽以外にもいろんな楽しみ（飲み会，バーベキュー大会，
小旅行などなど）を共有して，より気の置けない仲になる。
・強力な指導体制を築くことで，集団の統制をとる。
両端にこれらの意見があって，その間のどこかに自分の居心地の
いい場所を見つけようとしている，という感じでしょうか。
これについても，太鼓の場合をあてはめてみたいと思います。
太鼓の輪のメンバーは，仲間内であっても，初対面であっても
そこで起こる一体感とはあまり関係がないようです。
その時のその場の雰囲気というか，いかにうまく「一つになる」
ことができるかで決まってくるようです。
ということは，気の置けない仲間となることを目指したり，
あるいは体制をしっかりしたものにしたりすることは，あまり
意味がないんじゃないか，と思ったりします。
結論（じゃないですが．．．）
水曜日の6:45〜9:10までの時間にいかに「一つになる」ことが
できる集団であるか，を考えることが大事である，という当たり前
のことが結論で，このことを考え続けることで，30周年以降の
浜響の姿ができていくのだなあ，と思いました。
ここまで読んで，なんだそんなことか，と思われた方ごめんなさい。
でも，初対面であっても，言葉が通じない仲であっても，
「一つになる」ことの意識で本当にいい気持ちになれるものだなあ，
と実感しているところですし，浜響で（自分も含め複数人が）いい
気持ちになりきれていないということは，実はこの基本的なことが
浜響ではあまり重視されずに来てしまっているのではないかと，
危惧しているものですから。

文章を書くのは本当に難しいもので，わかってもらいたいと思うと
どうしても長文になってしまうし，どうしても誤解を生む場合も
あります。
ですから，少しでも分かり合うために，みなさんとじっくりと
お話を重ねることができればうれしいです。
また，いつも口にしている「多様性」と「一つになること」の二つは
なんか矛盾しているんじゃないか，と思われる方もいるかも知れ
ません。次回のpostでそのあたりのお話を続けたいと思います。
